Been using lifetime for over 4 years now! We’ve used them for regular maintenance of our systems, cleanings of mini splits, and dryer vent cleanings. Every time they come out the technicians are so kind and helpful. Jesse recently came to do our regular maintenance. He was early (with permission of course), quick, friendly, and even helped walk me through how to replace my filters more regularly which was great! Also, shoutout to Callie at the front desk! These people are just GOOD PEOPLE. They genuinely care about our family and their clients and we will use them for life!
We had Mark and Mike out to do maintenance on our AC, furnace and water heater. They were fantastic!! They were both very punctual, friendly, informative and efficient. They also kept the space clean and answered tons of questions. I appreciated the photos and reports they provided along with recommendations. They give good advice and are very low pressure as well. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be using them again!
We had to have our HVAC system pulled out of our garage, so the wall could be taken out behind it, then put back in... all while the cruise waited for new sheetrock to come in. Zach and Alec were the technicians that were designated for the job and they did a fantastic job. Not only interacting with us as owners and the other construction crews on site, but going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect before they left. I give lifetime heating and cooling a big thumbs up for this and my service today was five star.
Had an issue with heat pump not working and freezing up. Lifetime HeatingTechnician specialist Tony Long came out and did a thorough review of the system and got the system up and running. He spent several hours working with Tech support diagnosing the issue, and spent time explaining how the system should work and what to look for if the issue happens again.Great personality and great Eyebrows!!Was very impressed with the service provided. Review Editing 12/29/2025:The heat pump / gas furnace Carrier product was installed 5 months ago and after getting the cooling issues we thought resolved we then had the heat pump stop working a month into colder weather. Mike came out and did due dilligence calling Carrier etc to get exact install/service specs to see why it was throwing codes. A month after getting the heating up and running again it has turned off again. Mike came out and got Carrier involved and they decided to replace the whole heat pump due to how much has been going on. So they do get "5 star" for their responsiveness as a company and their desire to "make things right" however we have yet to have an (expensive) purchase work consistently. That's the low star. There seems to have been incorrectly wired initially, then maybe a refrigerant leak etc. So maybe we just got a faulty unit. (but also, one installer and tech said it had to be wired a certain way to run as a variable unit and Mike did confirm that was incorrect per Carrier and fixed the wiring). The company is working on making it right and time will tell if putting a new unit in fixes the issue. I will update this review down the road when all has happened and months have passed to see if it's working. Lifetime has always responded quickly to the issues arising....just dont love that we are having so many issues on a brand new install job.August 2025 review:We were satisfied with our sales rep Justin and he was helpful in clearing up confusion about our heat pump /back up gas furnace they installed end of July (the Carrier one we purchased had multiple ways it could be set up depending on house set up). The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were really happy with Devon’s hard work to make sure everything was running the way it was supposed to. We definitely will be specifically requesting Devon for our ongoing maintenance (if that’s allowed to request a specific tech haha).
