I cannot thank South Comfort Heating enough for what they did for my family during a recent cold freeze. Our heat suddenly went out, and with a toddler at home, it was incredibly stressful and honestly scary not knowing how long we’d be without heat.

They responded quickly and came out for an emergency diagnosis, which immediately gave us peace of mind. What meant even more to us was how understanding and compassionate they were about our situation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with us financially, and were flexible with our schedules to make sure the repair could be completed as soon as possible.

Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difficult situation so much easier for our family. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine care for their customers.

I had Sound Comfort come out to diagnose my 21-year-old gas furnace after it started making some concerning noises. Mauro responded quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He provided a very fair quote for the repair.

After discussing it with my wife, we decided it made more sense to invest that money toward upgrading to a heat pump instead. We ended up getting seven total quotes from different companies and had three sales representatives come to our home. None of them came close to Mauro’s level of professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, or integrity throughout the process.

We ultimately moved forward with a 4-ton Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and have been extremely happy with it so far. We’re especially looking forward to having A/C this summer as well.

Not only did he quickly diagnose our fire place, but then went on to give me an in depth explanation of how to work the fireplace correctly & signs to look out for. He was very professional & overall a joy to speak with! It turned out our issue was not a big one, so he was quick to get things running & even took the time to clean it for us - it looks SO much better now.
