I had Sound Comfort come out to diagnose my 21-year-old gas furnace after it started making some concerning noises. Mauro responded quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He provided a very fair quote for the repair.After discussing it with my wife, we decided it made more sense to invest that money toward upgrading to a heat pump instead. We ended up getting seven total quotes from different companies and had three sales representatives come to our home. None of them came close to Mauro’s level of professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, or integrity throughout the process.We ultimately moved forward with a 4-ton Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and have been extremely happy with it so far. Mauro was hands down the best technician I’ve had come to fix something in our home! Not only did he quickly diagnose our fire place, but then went on to give me an in depth explanation of how to work the fireplace correctly & signs to look out for. He was very professional & overall a joy to speak with! It turned out our issue was not a big one, so he was quick to get things running & even took the time to clean it for us - it looks SO much better now.
