Customer feedback is mixed. Positive notes mention dependable results on ducting and sheet metal projects and that the company is recommended by some trade professionals. Critical reviews cite dissatisfaction with after-install support, price changes between initial discussion and final bid, and challenges sourcing filters or parts. Communication around product availability appears to be a recurring theme.

I don't know about there service or work but they are absolutely garbage neighbors. Their employees routinely rally the company trucks on Davidson St and Stier Ave. On a positive note it is entertaining to watch them catch air and it does seem like the employees are enjoying themselves.
Always great to work with. I always recommend them to my clients when there is any ducting/sheet metal work to be done.
Very disappointed with the level of service after the install. The unit needs filter replacement however, when i called today, i was told they do not carry filters, nor does anyone else in town. While i would anticipate we have limited resources, to have a ventilation system installed and then not be able to get fiters for it is rather frustrating.Update, well not only did they install a unit they are unable to service, i find now, the unit has been discontinued. Bad dog, no biscuits ??
I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with HVAC LLC in North Pole, Alaska. I was initially quoted one price for an air conditioning unit, but when the bid came back it was much higher than expected. Andrew the HVAC Project Manager came to my home and gave me a quote for $13,722 to install a Mitsubishi mini split system, as they are a preferred contractor. When I asked what the price would be to upgrade to the nicer units, Andrew said it would be roughly $250 per unit more. However, the quote came back totaling $16,652. After questioning it, I was referred to Josh the manager, who said it was because they take different pieces and parts to install. After doing more research, I found that was not true, as I spoke with another preferred contractor to Mitsubishi. Andrew admitted he had mistakenly quoted me the wrong number. When I asked for more information, I was referred to the manager, Josh. Josh seemed to think I was inquiring about financing, when I was actually planning to pay cash for the project. Josh never returned my phone calls even though he told me he would look at the quote and call me back. I called his office and I asked the office lady to leave him messages five different times. I took the time to drive to HVAC LLC's location to speak with Josh, but he was not there. I did get to speak with Andrew about the project, the guy who originally did my quote. Andrew admitted he had quoted the wrong price and said he would have to pass it over to his boss, Josh, for the final say. Andrew told me he would get to the bottom of it and if I didn't hear from him by Monday, I should call. Monday came and went, and I texted Andrew asking if he had any information. He liked the text but never responded. I followed up with another text on Monday at 4 pm and another text asking if he had heard back from Josh, but still no response. I called the office line again and spoke with the office lady, who was surprised Josh hadn't responded. She said she would leave another note for me, I asked if Andrew was available. He was, and he said they were too busy to fulfill the quote. After I challenged him on being dishonest he stated “yep im sorry”.I would not recommend HVAC LLC to anyone, as they have been dishonest and unresponsive.
