We had an extensive conversion which required all existing ductwork, furnace & AC units to be removed and replaced with all new parts and equipment. Yes, I rated this job as overpriced but still gave them five stars but had ten stars been an option then that’s what they would have deserved. All of Anderson’s team members went beyond the extra mile to make sure that we were not only satisfied with the results but Happy with Everything that was done. All of the technicians, their helpers and their team leaders were very polite, positive, professional, respectful and in every way a blessing to have on our project. As retired remodeling contractors, we normally don’t give referrals but in this case I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Anderson Air to anyone.

The installation went fine. However, Zak stepped on a light in the attic and caused the light to push down from the ceiling, caused 2 cracks in my ceiling and drilled 3 holes in the ceiling while installing the return. He also dropped a piece of the old unit as he was taking it out and left a gouge in my floor. (We just got finished with a remodel a few months ago.) I was told that these things would be repaired but so far it hasn’t been done. Haven’t even had a follow-up call from the company. Very aggravating considering the price of the unit we purchased.

I had a great experience with this heating repair team. The guys were wonderful—professional, patient, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or pressured. They also offered a maintenance plan and clearly explained how it would help save me money in the long run. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about doing things right and looking out for their customers. I highly recommend them!

The Anderson Air team—Chris, Zak, Tim (with over 20 years of experience), John, Conner, Brent, the rest of the install crew, and the call center staff—were very helpful throughout our installation process. Chris was here on Thursday and identified a refrigerant leak with our old system, and the install crew arrived the very next morning by 9:00 a.m. and immediately got to work.

The system was installed last Friday. We had follow-up visits on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to address some necessary adjustments and to work through the learning curve with our new Ecobee thermostat. Each visit was handled promptly, professionally, and without any sense of rushing or cutting corners.

Pricing was fair, clearly explained, and straightforward. There were no surprises and no attempts to upsell. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, patient, and respectful—especially toward my father and me—as we adjusted to the new system. Questions were answered thoroughly, and they made sure everything was operating correctly before leaving.

Overall, we appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness shown by the entire Anderson Air team.
