I was looking for a new company to replace my old one because of the unreasonable price increase for a service agreement. I called Michael and was impressed from the beginning. Miguel was my technician and was right on time as scheduled. He was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job of making sure that everything was working properly. My Man “Tony” was Excellent! He was prompt, and he knew what the problem was within minutes! His Customer Service was above and beyond! His knowledge of the HVAC system was tremendous! He explained in detail what had to be done to restore my HEAT!! No longer will I try other companies!
Thank Goodness! A trustworthy company that hire only “The Best”! Tony came in like a true Dr. Tony showed so much patience with our “Self Diagnosis from Google (??)”, but eased our worries with his solutions. He genuinely cared about keeping our AC Unit’s longevity. We decided to purchase a maintenance subscription that is cheaper than all my streaming services. To replace an AC Unit is expensive, so providing a little care keeps your peace of mind. These guys will NOW be my “Go To for AC Repair” Thanks A/C Man Heating and Air for staying Honest and True
Miguel was excellent, courteous, and professional. He was able to identify the issue and also check out the rest of the system. The main office kept us informed when route and also sent a picture of the tech. This small business has been an excellent experience so far and prices seem to be very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use in future. We chose a service package for future maintenance which brought price up a little bit but I feel the value is worth it for two additional checkups throughout the year.
