I had an excellent experience with Bassair. Paul Leezer, the technician, arrived right on time and even wore painter boot covers, which I truly appreciated. He was polite, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, answered every question clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with both of my systems.
Paul’s expertise and professionalism were so impressive that we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan for both units. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine customer care the way he does. Highly recommend this company—and especially Paul—for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
