James did great! He gave a thorough examination. It turned out my AC was doing exactly what it was supposed to do, but he still managed to find an issue that was easily rectified with a small part replacement. Because Bass registered the part that needed to be replaced when they installed my air conditioner, I didn't even have to pay for the part. It was still under warranty. James didn't mind a bit that I was hovering and asking all kinds of questions about HVAC systems. I feel like it came out very reasonably priced. I would gladly call them again.
I had 3 toilets rebuilt. I didn't want to replace them so Scott Coffman and his apprentice rebuilt them. It took a while to do but I am so glad we didn't have to replace them it would have ruined my 1989 house. I trust Scott to do all my plumbing projects. Thanks Scott
