Hands down the best service in Fayetteville! I’ve had several experiences with Honest Air and every one of them was great!! Our most recent visit was to fix our mom’s unit. They literally came out to the house twice and didn’t charge us! What should have been warranty work from the company that installed our unit, we ultimately hired Honest Air to do, and glad we did! Honest Air was WAY better than the other companies with their communication, and we felt comfortable having them in our home. Quit searching and call them!!!

I can’t thank this company enough for their honest and professional work. They were able to identify a braze joint leak on my HVAC line that others had missed. Because of their findings, I was able to get the original installer back out, and after weeks of struggling, my home is finally cool again.

It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. I highly recommend them!

Six Stars for Honest Air – A Company That Truly Lives Up to Its Name

Three years ago, Honest Air installed a new AC unit in my home. Not only was the price incredibly fair (especially compared to many other local companies that seem to take advantage of the Southern heat), but the entire process was professional and stress-free.

Fast forward three years — the AC stopped working properly. I called Honest Air, and John, the owner, personally came out right away to troubleshoot the issue. At first, the problem was tough to diagnose, but John and his team didn’t give up. They kept working until they found the root cause and got everything back up and running.

When I asked about the cost of the repair, John told me, “Don’t worry, it’s under warranty — we stand behind our work.” That kind of integrity and commitment is incredibly rare these days. John treated the job, and me, as if he were helping his own family. I felt genuinely cared for — not just as a customer, but as a person.

I can’t say enough good things about Honest Air. They are a company with strong ethics, a moral compass, and a true dedication to their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of AC service. Thank you, John and Honest Air, for being the kind of company we need more of.

Honest Air provided a very honest estimate after coming out to check the space that needed an air solution for a 3rd floor. A Daikin mini-split was recommended for the space which has worked out well so far! It really cools the area rather quickly. There was a small hiccup when running some lines needed to happen a different way than initially thought out but they were true to their company name and stuck with their word on the price we received which is very honest of them to do. Definitely recommend Honest Air if you're looking for any kind of HVAC services including standard AC maintenance which we also are now using them for as well.
