I can’t recommend this plumbing company and Travis enough! From the first phone call to the quick response to get someone out, the entire experience was outstanding. My experience with Peterman Brothers has been very disappointing.They installed a new HVAC system for me in April 2022. Within the first year, the system began short cycling due to an improperly sized lineset that should have been replaced during the original installation. After paying around $10,000 for the system, I was then told it would cost an additional $1,700 to fix their mistake. After months of back-and-forth, they eventually corrected it.Now, just three years later, my heat pump is completely frozen. I was given conflicting information from 2 different techs who were sent out, and ultimately quoted about $3,000 to replace a defrost board and condenser coil sensor—despite those parts being covered under a 10-year warranty. Given the prolonged stress the system endured from the original installation issue, it’s very reasonable to question whether this premature failure is related.Customer service has also been frustrating, with poor communication and difficulty getting callbacks. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
It was time for my 2nd annual electrical inspection by Peterman Brothers. Lucas and his partner introduced themselves when arriving. They called ahead to say they would be there within 30 minutes and they did arrive within that time frame. Lucas was polite, considerate of my property and appeared to do a very thorough job inspecting the electrical system throughout our home. He found one electrical outlet that was in line with a GFI nearby that wasn't wired correctly to the GFI if there was ever an issue. I of course agreed to let him fix it. However I mentioned it was never caught in my very first inspection. Have to assume that the person that did it wasn't as though as Justin this time. Justin pulled the electrical outlet out of the wall, pulled the wires out of the back of it, simply rearranged the wires back into the correct slot and put it back into the wall. Took more than 5 minutes but less than 10 minutes to complete . A simple as it was, it cost me $97. That's the equivalent of $776 hr. I wasn't upset about it at all. I just commented to Justin I thought that was pretty high for as simple as the task was to do. He explained it covers the cost of the truck, two people and the time to fix it, etc. As a consumer I'm thinking the truck and the people were already there for the electrical inspection. If I had decided not to have them fix the wire arrangement they still get paid the same amount of money for the time on the job. I'm very pleased with the work Justin did, and I'd happily use him again, I just think the charge was excessive by double.

Here’s some more praise of Peterman. Robert came out for warranty repair and was efficient as he was professional. Clearly knowledgeable ahead of the job, he quickly assessed a simple assembly mistake on my furnace. He has plenty of experience and it showed. He was helpful, friendly, and thorough. Thank you, Mr. Mullis! And an obvious thank you to Stevens, Mark, David, Brett, and certainly to Scott Sanborn for the work you did on the furnace and A/C install. You were ALL helpful, communicative, respectful, and hard workers. Much appreciated all around.
