We are always happy with the service from Williams Comfort Air. The men did a great job of cleaning out the vent system from the dryer to outside. They even went into the crawl space to check everything. My only complaint is that we didn’t realize that they didn’t shut the light off in the crawl space or close it back up and close the backyard fence when they were done. We didn’t even know it was an issue until several days ago when we went outside. Otherwise, everything was good.
I highly recommend Santiago, He is such a people person and is very professional as well as easy to talk to about any concerns or explaining any issues that maybe a concern. Not pushy on trying to sell you things but suggest different opportunities if you are interested. Williams Comfort Air has always been good to us. Their techs are Always so so kind! The company must treat their guys well because the techs always are in a great mood and super helpful. Today, I had Joseph and he was amazing! Our heat pump has stayed in good working order because we keep it on a maintenance plan...its worth it and has saved us a lot of money in the long run. Highly recommend this company!
