I recommend not using this shady company. As he Wayne cut a part out of our furnace which caused carbon monoxide to filter throughout the house, which could have killed everyone in the house. We had to call a replica licensed company to repair his faulty work. Wayne got mad because we didn't utlize company were he get his used parts from and thats when all hell broke loose. We got threaten if we don't use him to replace part, an extra $300 would be assessed for coming to home three (3) times of performing service for what he didn't fix the at any of three times he came out. He came with used parts from his home and none of them worked. Basically we was informed, a new furnace was needed and it would cost $2500.00 (pay him $1500 upfront, then $1000) on installments. He's not a bank or financial institution, why would we do that. He indicated he's a pastor. Well being a pastor has nothing to do with the words that come off your tongue, he should check the bible of those words. My prayer is Thank God those in the house are alive, due to paying another company to repair his error. I requested a refund or would report him and he wanted company name to contact about his error. Now, why would I give you the company name. I have receipts and trust me the $350 paid to him is worth every bit of filling a complaint with the city and state. I have time to do both when he's doesn't understand the implication of recorded conversations and text messages are enough receipts. So, advise to you is use a replica company for any HVAC issues or electrical work which could potentially harm those in the home. As this Pastor performed faulty work and unable to live up to it. Thankful, he wasn't paid in cash or there wouldn't be any proof other than text messages which will be utilized against him.
I had came in town for my mom's 70th birthday party and I didn't know who to call. I stumbled across Wayne and helping hands across service. He a nice grumpy old man that really cares about his customers. He came to our rescue and even text back the next day and came back and fixed a leak we couldn't find the first day. Very stand up guy who does what he says he will do. Awsome job Sir
he came out to my house and in no time flat had my central air back up and running at a great price for great work done! i cannot recommend Wayne hard enough, great guy, quick and efficient, a solid A+Worker.
I just want to say thanks to Wayne, he did a wonderful job with my furnace. The previous technician that came to my house forgot to put a park back in my furnace causing for my furnace to leak gas and Wayne and his technician were able to fix it and certified my furnace for the city inspector. I would definitely recommend His helping hands heating and cooling.Thank you Sir once again.
Thank you Wayne for getting here so fast! My lawn crew accidentally snipped the wire from my central air unit to my home; Upon calling multiple places with no luck, Wayne answered right away (Even with it being Father’s Day) and arrived within 20 minutes and fixed it in less than 5. I apologize for having to call on the holiday but I greatly appreciate your time and help. I will definitely recommend him to everyone and will call him again in the future for any further service needed. You gained a happy customer today!
