I’ve been using Porter Family Heating & Cooling for years, always calling them when it’s time to replace my furnace or for regular tune-ups. Most recently, Grant came out for my scheduled maintenance visit in Fontana. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work checking my furnace and thermostat. Grant walked me through everything he was doing, like testing the burner units and making sure the system was running smoothly. He also took extra care to clean out the furnace, which is important since there are a lot of trees around my house. I really appreciated the professional and friendly service. Everything went great!

Here’s the revised review, following all your requirements: I want to share my experience with this AC repair company. Our old AC unit stopped working last weekend, and I called several places trying to get it fixed. Most companies I spoke with said it would be hard to find parts for my model and didn’t offer much help. Out of all the estimates I got, this company gave me the best price on a new, high-efficiency air conditioner. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, even offering to provide portable fans to help keep us comfortable. William and his team who handled the installation were very professional and took the time to explain each step. The whole installation took most of the day, which made sense given the work involved. David from sales was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He explained all the available rebates and tax credits, and he even tried to help me look for parts for the old unit before recommending a replacement. There was never any pressure to buy. We had cool air again by the end of the day. I’m really pleased with the service and attention to detail from start to finish!

i set up a yearly ac maintenance plan, and it was a really smooth process. grant and tanner were both great to work with and made everything easy to understand. my first maintenance appointment went well, but afterwards, my ac wasn’t blowing cold air. grant came out quickly the same day, checked everything, and figured out the problem fast. it turned out that a part needed to be replaced, but thankfully it’s under warranty. grant is making sure the new part gets installed as soon as it arrives. while we wait for the part, grant and tanner have been super helpful and even offered extra support since my elderly mother lives here and it gets pretty hot in california. their communication has been clear and they let us know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next. i really appreciate how much they care about their customers and go the extra mile. highly recommend for anyone needing ac repair or service!

After years of dealing with our old AC system barely keeping up with the California heat, we decided it was finally time for an upgrade. We got a few quotes from different companies, but Porter Family Heating & Cooling really stood out. They offered great quality products, and the customer service was excellent right from the start. William helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure we understood the options and costs. He even pointed out some rebates and credits that helped us save money on our new AC and furnace. The new units arrived quickly, and the installation team was professional and efficient. They wore shoe covers inside, kept everything clean, and made sure to explain how to use the new thermostat and settings. Communication was fantastic from beginning to end. I had a great experience with this HVAC company in Fontana, which I found through my home warranty service. They responded quickly, and their communication was clear about when the technician would arrive. William, the technician, showed up early and was very polite and respectful of my home. He got my air conditioner working again fast, which was a huge relief in the Fontana heat. Before this, another company told my warranty provider that I needed a whole new AC unit and charged me for adding refrigerant, but my system only worked for a few hours after that. Thankfully, I was able to get a second opinion and this company fixed everything efficiently. I am very grateful for their honest and reliable service, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
