our old ac finally quit working right in the middle of a really hot week, but this hvac team came through for us. i called early in the day and zachary came out just a few hours later to check things out. another company had told me before that the refrigerant was low and that i’d probably need a new system soon, and they were right. i agreed to a new unit on the spot, and zachary and his crew showed up early the next morning to get it installed. everyone was super professional and friendly. zachary made sure to explain each step, including how they moved our humidifier to a better spot on the ductwork so it wouldn’t cause any leaks in the furnace. he even showed me where it had already leaked a little, so i appreciated the extra care. before leaving, he tested the new air conditioning system top to bottom, and finally our home felt cool and comfortable again. i’ve never worked with a more organized or well-run hvac company. communication was clear and timely from start to finish!
