our old ac finally quit working right in the middle of a really hot week, but this hvac team came through for us. i called early in the day and zachary came out just a few hours later to check things out. another company had told me before that the refrigerant was low and that i’d probably need a new system soon, and they were right. i agreed to a new unit on the spot, and zachary and his crew showed up early the next morning to get it installed. everyone was super professional and friendly. zachary made sure to explain each step, including how they moved our humidifier to a better spot on the ductwork so it wouldn’t cause any leaks in the furnace. he even showed me where it had already leaked a little, so i appreciated the extra care. before leaving, he tested the new air conditioning system top to bottom, and finally our home felt cool and comfortable again. i’ve never worked with a more organized or well-run hvac company. communication was clear and timely from start to finish!

our air conditioning stopped working just before a big heatwave here in fontana, which was stressful. since we had a great experience with porter family heating & cooling in the past, we knew who to call right away. they scheduled an appointment for us the next day, and zachary helped us choose the best ac unit for our home. installation was quick and happened the very next day. everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. honestly, they do excellent work and really helped keep our home comfortable during the hot california weather.

After struggling for a long time to find someone reliable to help us with our AC and heating needs, we finally reached out to Porter Family Heating & Cooling in Fontana. Dale was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful—he came out quickly to give us a quote for a new AC and furnace system. He always kept us updated and made sure we were taken care of. Within just a couple of days, our new equipment was installed. Leonard and Zachary did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was set up neatly, and our home is now cool and comfortable, which is perfect for these hot California days. We’re really happy with the way everything turned out and would definitely recommend their AC repair and installation services to anyone in the Fontana area.

Zachary was the first to get back to me, which I really appreciated since quick service is so important in this California heat. I was a bit hesitant at first to try a new AC repair service since my last company sold me an air conditioning unit that didn’t even last five years. When I called Porter Family Heating & Cooling, Leonard and Zachary came over to check out my AC system. They did very detailed isolation tests and quickly found exactly where the condenser unit was leaking, something the previous company never did. Even though the unit was still fairly new, it needed to be replaced. Leonard and Zachary took care of replacing the old condenser and handled all the necessary electrical work as well. The whole process was thorough and professional. Most importantly, I felt they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I plan to use their services again for any future AC repairs. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing heating or air conditioning work. Excellent service and great people!
