Elizabeth Taylor
"After years of costly repairs on our old unit, we knew it was time for a full HVAC system replacement. We were dreading the process, but this company made it surprisingly painless. Their initial consultation was what set them apart. The representative didn't just try to sell us the most expensive model; he took the time to perform a proper load calculation and assessed our ductwork to understand our home's specific needs. He presented several options clearly, explaining the long-term energy savings and benefits of each without any pressure.
The installation crew was the real highlight. They arrived on time and were a well-oiled machine. They laid down drop cloths to protect our floors and were meticulous in their work, from removing the old furnace and air conditioner to installing the new units. They were professional, answered all our questions throughout the day, and left the work area cleaner than they found it.
The difference in our home's comfort is incredible. The temperature is finally even throughout the house, and the new system is remarkably quiet. We've already noticed a significant decrease in our monthly energy bills. It's a major investment, but the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the entire team gave us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend them for any major HVAC project."

When my air conditioning started freezing up, I called Aloha air conditioning. An appointment was made for the following day. Not only did they show up on time, I got two phone calls earlier telling me what time they would be here. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosing the system as needing a capacitor. Ir's now 2 weeks later and I've had no further issues with the system icing up and its remained ice cold. Bottom line is, I would not hesitate to recommend Aloha air conditioning to anybody who's having a problem. They didn't try to sell me a system like many others. They are very professional and knowledgeable. It's hard to find an honest company. This is one.

Riley came out at the time they scheduled, did a comprehensive assessment, recommended a cleaning. After cleaning the AC functioned like new and I was comfortable and happy. Would use again 100%
