He even purchased a flue vent out of his own pocket and brought it for the guys to install. Joe is superb. The installers Stephon & Holden, solid A+, just excellent, timely and professional. I had Peter come out from HI-Vac to verify an install from another vendor and i must say it was a great experience. He was early, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? (the receptionist) was also amazing when booking the appointment. She was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of customer service from a company in today's market in South Florida.. Anyway, all this to say I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.. Thanks Peter!!!
