Thanks for the excellent service today. My furnace stopped producing heat this morning. A technician was at my door within the hour of calling in the request. It was a minor issue but with -30* temperatures I appreciated having such prompt and efficient service. The tech was friendly and really nice to my little grand dog.
Rather than reception being very kind, our experience was horrible. Over a month of trying to get them to complete a task to close for the sale of our home. We are 3 days before closing and had to hire another company.Initially they went in and “fixed” the completely wrong system and sent us a $300 bill.They left the lock box wide open leaving keyed access to our vacant home for over a week. Once we realized they were working on the wrong system we called multiple times and Finally they went to troubleshoot and told us they couldn’t do anything without extensive work and sent us a $300 bill and acted like the job was done. We asked for a quote to get the work done and after two weeks never received one. We Got another contractor in to tell us what was wrong since they never did. We called back with the new contractors diagnosis and they said they would get over to look once again and said they would start the work the following day and the contractor proceeded to not respond to any of our phone calls over the next 48 hours. Finally we hired another contractor and told them to forget it. They increased our bill amount by $80 and then we had to ask why the amount changed to which they never responded but just resent the invoice. Paid $300 for them to them to just cause a lot of stress with no solutions and HORRIBLE communication for over 29 days. Not sure we will have this fix completed for the sale of our home now due to their horrible communication, and ability to follow through on what they were hired to do.
Jason and his team are friendly, professional, and take pride in what they do! I had them install an AC unit for me recently and they had me booked for installation far faster than I expected. During installation the team took great care to be mindful of the house and were very efficient! I highly recommend them!
I had a disappointing experience with Climate Control during a furnace repair at my rental property in December 2024.While the technician resolved the immediate issue. The repair was arranged by my tenants without my prior approval, despite me being fully available at the time. Climate Control went ahead with the work and billed my tenants directly — even though I am the property owner and should have been the one consulted and invoiced.Afterward, I made several polite attempts by email to request the part number or a copy of the supplier invoice for my records. I also asked that any further billing or communication go through me. I received no reply. Instead, my tenants were contacted again and again for payment, which eventually led them to pay the invoice themselves. I then had to reimburse them, which created unnecessary complications for me at tax time.When I finally received a callback, I was left a voicemail that was defensive and unprofessional, referencing “social media outrage” — a likely reaction to a factual, anonymous post I had made in a private landlord group asking for advice from others.I expect better professionalism and communication from any contractor working on a residential property. I won’t be using this company again, and I would not recommend them to other landlords or property owners who value transparency and respect for the decision-making role of the property owner.
I have used Climate Control twice in the last 3-4 months and both times the call was answered quickly and the techs came out same day. Today Mike helped get my furnace running smoothly and went above and beyond with excellent service! He showed me what the problems were and and I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. He was very kind and friendly with my nosey 4 year old and dog too! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. They are the only company I will call now! Keep up the good work guys.
