Absolutely ZERO stars. Attempted to turn a $99 service call to a $275 trip with no resolve. This was after I asked multiple times when I called. What would be the total price? The dispatcher stated $99 .Tanner started with a pitch to sell a membership before he even looked at my furnace. Then he had a salesman call me to replace my furnace before he even provided me a price for repair. I don't believe a true diagnostic was performed. I went in the house 10 minutes next thing I know he showed me pictures on a phone stating I needed a new furnace but nothing had been taken apart or removed. Save yourself the frustration. Call someone else. Two other credible companies quoted half their price. And yes, Jordan (Salesman ) with warranties.
My furnace stopped producing heat. I called Home Comfort and they had a tech, Lidwin, to my house the same day. He diagnosed the problem right away and was thorough in ensuring any other potential issues were identified. He didn’t have the part on hand but came back the next morning and got me back up and running. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Lidwin and Home Comfort Experts.
He was here less than 5 minutes and knew what was wrong. Very, very knowledgeable with his job. Very respectful, the only place I found that worked on trailers. Other places worked on trailers, but only if you own the land that it was on very very pleased with the service I would recommend it to anyone and even told people hey there’s some good work for you if you’re interested.
Lidwin Garcia did a phenomenal job! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why, and very knowledgeable with his work. He was flexible with his arrival time to match my schedule. He wasn't pushy with other services, but clearly explained options and costs. He even cleaned some of the area that wasn't directly part of the furnace. He is welcome to do any and all repairs I need in the future!
Keith was personal and respectful.He communicated at every step of the installation to ensure we were aligned with the end result.We are waiting for his return to install the WiFi module and final charge to the sealed system to get it up and running.
