He diagnosed the issues and was completely knowledgeable about the Geothermal unit while taking extra time explaining everything along the way. His communication skills were excellent making sure I knew/ understood what was happening. He even went out of his way sharing tips with my mom. When he was done with the job he cleaned up after himself to the point you would never had known he was there. Jeremy did an exceptional job! Thank you! We highly recommend Masters heating and cooling!

Robert did an annual inspection & maintenance on my gas furnace and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace is 18 years old and doing well, so he didn’t try to sell me a new one. He gave me some helpful suggestions on what to replace it with when the time comes. He took time to answer all my questions (I’m a fairly new home owner) and didn’t seem like he was rushing at all. Our technician was Paul Wakeland. When I tell you he was a complete professional, I’m telling you the absolute truth. He called within 7 minutes of our calling Masters to tell us he was on his way. He was prompt, introduced himself and went to work on the issue. He was completely knowledgeable on our system. He diagnosed our heat unit and was done in a matter of minutes. We would highly recommend Masters Heating and Air conditioning but more importantly we would more than highly recommend Paul Wakeland!!

Everything was installed properly and they were very informative on how the system worked and their communication was awesome. Also they cleaned up everything so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there when they left. Also Chad, the gentleman that came out for the quote was so nice and helpful and honest.
