Brandon Murphy was our tech and he was awesome! He took great lengths to research our unique problem with our humidifier and even talked to the humidifier manufacturer to make sure everything was correct. His communication and documentation were excellent! He was friendly and we were comfortable asking questions which he answered and explained very well. We feel great about his workmanship and signed up with this company for our HVAC and AC checkups.
On February 2, 2026 we received an alert from our new HVAC system. I called Robert B. Payne gave the code to the service department. Quickly they scheduled a technician to come to our home to check the system. Upon arrival both Jonathan P. and the young man with him began investigating the code. They thoroughly checked the thermostat, handler, outdoor unit and even the vents. They did not find any problems but documented everything in the event something should occur later.Both men were friendly, professional and answered all questions from what type of filters to use as to what possible could have triggered the alert with the excessive cold weather we have been having.We have used Robert B. Payne, Inc. for 20+ years and they have always been quick to respond to any of our calls. It is so refreshing to have a company that still answers the telephone and takes time to listen and give you excellent customer service. We have also used them to replace our hot water heater and received the same great service and I highly recommend the maintenance plan to ensure regular checks on your system; the annual price is very affordable.Thank you to Robert B.
