I just had a new heat pump installed by JayCo this week, after having called Lisa a few days prior to explain our current heating situation, she met with me and gave me her best recommendation for my needs and budget, and had her whole crew at my home in a couple of days. Every employee on site was polite, extremely helpful, professional. The install looks great, the unit works perfectly. Extremely happy with the amazing service I received. 10/10 recommend!
Had two ductless heat pumps deep cleaned by Jayco. Excellent job. The representative, Ryan, was punctual, thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had.
Placed a call for leaking heat pump in august and received service just a day or two after making a call. Had my system cleaned and the issue persisted, However, Percy found mouse droppings in the head unit while doing the cleaning!!! He discovered the original installer did not spray foam the hole in the wall and that is how it got in!!! I was mortified, So thank you Percy for going above and beyond and taking care of that issue!!! They have since resolved the issue with having the indoor unit replaced due to manufacturing issues causing it to leak. I have received prompt service from a reputable company who have went above and beyond to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I’m extremely happy with how quickly the process went!! I was kept in the loop every step of the way and the service I received today from Jacob was also great!! Jacob also went the extra mile by spray foaming the hole in the wall inside and out for peace of mind and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend this company!! 5 stars is not enough!!!
