The technician was professional and clearly explained the issue with my AC system. He showed me the dust buildup on the evaporator coil that was causing the odor and performed a thorough cleaning. The problem was resolved and the system is working well again. The service was a bit pricey, but the work was done professionally and I appreciated the clear explanation.
Both visits were excellent. Pete diagnosed the problem yesterday, ordered the part and installed it today. The system is working and it is warming up the house. Pete is friendly yet focused on his job. We both were very impressed with his professional behavior. Daniel's visit was great. No pressure, just lay it all out. We chose the top of the line heat pump system and are having it installed on Jan 9. All in one day. Again, we appreciate the quick response and the chance to visit with the owner and learn a little more about the company.
Zack was great. Very personable and efficient. He was able to diagnose our problem and advise of possible repairs prior to repairing. Repairs were completed quickly and he was able to preform maintenance on heater. He was able to inspect our heating system for future needs. Terrific service person. We will definitely continue to use AIS.
AIS was excellent. Leon taught me how to change the filters and then performed an inspection of our furnace. Leon was very respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his service. I always like to use a family-owned business, and I was not disappointed.I want to add that 2 weeks after my annual check up - I had an issue with my heater, and AIS was EXTREMELY responsive and came out to ensure that nothing they did impacted my heater. As it turned out, I had broken my thermostat, and Pete from AIS fixed my issue, and my heater is working again.10 out of 10 stars for service - I am very impressed with AIS

Before the installation, they communicated with us thoroughly, patiently listening to our needs and offering professional advice. They addressed the removal of an old Gas Furnace and replaced it with a new Heat pump system. They worked hard, climbing into the attic and crawling through tight spaces, and did an excellent job. Once the system was in place, they carefully explained to us how to operate it. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Heat Pump system. The installation looks tidy, and they did a fantastic job cleaning the site. Thanks again for their hard work and excellent job. I would highly recommend them and the AIS Team to anyone interested in Heat Pump installation. The final Heat Pump installation exceeded our expectations. Awesome!
