Victor was wonderful. He came out to check why my heater was not running. He did a lot of testing and found the heating system was in working order. Somehow after he left, I tried to turn on the heat and no heat would come on. I called Victor again. He came back to my house to check and found paper stuck in a vent blocking airflow so the heater couldn't run.After all that work, he charged me nothing because he said he didn't have to replace anything. He was so honest and did not try to sell me stuffs. I definitely will call Victor for my future HVAC works. The best HVAC company of I received the service among the family owned Heating and Cooling Company in the South Bay while I have lived in San Jose for about 40 years. The excellent work from the technicians and the trusty and detail explanation from the owner for resolving the heat loss concern from the good condition of my furnace. Victor Jr and Victor Sr provided a great price and an excellent service for my recent furnace installation. They were very communicative and my questions and concerns got answered promptly. We ran into a problem when the new furnace had a manufacturing defect when unpacked. Victor got a replacement picked up the very next business day and got it installed before noon!
