Called Balance comfort to unclog 2 sinks. Based on the ratings I was expecting a good experience. Technician showed up. Mentioned he couldn't do anything about it. Charged a $75 show up fee and sent an estimate of $14K to replace all piping in the house, along with upgrading the entire shower system($5k). I ended up going with a smaller company that charged $200 and my issue is resolved.
Adam did a great job explaining his findings and what was necessary versus simply an additional recommendation. I appreciated his honesty and ended up going with one of the recommended services. I would highly recommend Adam as anybody's next service technician.
The technician from Balanced Comfort was Humberto Martinez. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained precisely what the problem was with the heating system and informed me how to solve the issues with that system. He showed me on his laptop the relevant parts needed for this work and their individual prices. I was very happy with his work.He came in today and completed the work. The heating system is now working.
