Our furnace started making a weird burning smell and kept shutting off. I called and they got someone out fast without a bunch of back and forth. Omar was the tech and he knew exactly what to check first. The furnace repair was done that visit and he tested everything before leaving. No surge or after hours fees, even though it was late. Owen was the technician and he knew these newer setups, checked the wiring, updated the settings, and fixed the connection issue right away. He finished the installation properly, tested heating and cooling, and showed me how to use the app without rushing.
