Marcus G came out to do an inspection on my unit since it stopped blowing cold. Super courteous and helpful. Got the issue found and even showed what it was and proved it with a test to verify we didn't need anything else added to it! Highly recommend and if you can ask for Marcus! Air repair pros was proactive in reaching out about my routine 2 time a year inspection included in our membership. Cade was awesome and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and did great work. I opted to replace my capacitor and it was even discounted for being a air repair pro member. Would highly reccomend this company. It's nice to know one of the most expensive home appliances is being checked on regularly by professionals. Especially leading in to a Texas summer.Thanks!
We loved working with Danny. He took his time taking a ton of pictures, explained things educationally, played with our dog, gave us options and even thought of things that would be nice to have down the road. The company was also easy to work with, they communicated timelines well, sent follow up messages, even sent a pic of Danny before he arrived. Their responsiveness (next day for service, next day after that for full replacement) is the best I could ask for. We’re glad we’ll have Danny as our assigned technician moving forward.
