I was greeted late in the evening professionally, they completely understood everything I was describing, and offered an early am service call. I followed up in the am and the Teck was at my home as stated, quoted the repair in human terms and completed the repair promptly! Gator Air replaced my ac over a year ago and I have been very happy with the new system. A tech came and checked out my system today and replaced the filter. Good job! We had a little back and forth scheduling and I missed their first visit having not seen their email. But they were very easy to re-schedule and I appreciate that. The tech was very helpful. One thing he told me was where to go to get the best price on filters. My filter was $23 on Amazon. My previous ac company charged me $100 for the filter each time. Wow. What a difference! I am now a fan of Gator Air and Energy!
Our dryer wasn't drying our clothes in a reasonable amount of time and water was leaking from bottom of the dryer. We found Gator Air & Energy (Gainesville, FL) on the internet. These guys (John and Jei) were prompt, very personable and got the job (dryer vent cleaning) done perfectly. They went above and beyond the call. They went upon the roof and cleaned the vent from top down. John made an extra trip to Home Depot to get some replacement parts. When the job was complete Jei cleaned the laundry thoroughly and even cleaned the entranceways to adjacent rooms. The service charge was fair and reasonable. We were treated with kindness and respect, which means a lot to us senior citizens. We highly recommend Gator Air and Energy!

Gator Air & Energy (GAE) replaced my aging air conditioner unit about a year and a half ago. The customer support was easy to get in touch and cordial.My experience with GAE hasn’t been positive. After they replaced the unit, a couple of months later, I had to pay over $1,000 to replace an old line. This work should have been done to begin with. Nobody connects something new to something old. A few months later, I wanted to sell my house. I found that GAE had not registered the air conditioner unit, and the house advertising showed the old unit. Again, I had to pay for the registration which should have been done at installation. Then the county person asked to put a vent in the garage. This process kept me from listing the house and loosing valuable time. All of these work should have been done on day one.
