Gator heating and air did a great job on replacing our blower motor. Austin, our technician, was very friendly snd professional and explained our problem. With extreme cold weather coming this weekend we were so happy to have our heat back on. I would definitely recommend Gator Heating and Air for all your AC repairs
Gator always does a good job when they come out no matter what tech shows up for the job. This time Jefferson was my tech, he was polite and efficient. He alerted me to a capacitor that could need to be replaced over the next few months. I told him to go ahead and replace it, and he did, the whole job was done in about an hour. I’ll be sure to keep calling this company for future maintenance and repairs moving forward.
I have a maintenance plan with Gator Heating and Air which has been great. They always are knowledgeable with their inspection and provide great feedback on how all of the systems measure.I was having an issue with my system recently, possibly due to an improper install (different company), and they came out to fix my issue. Richard was a pleasure to work with, almost immediately diagnosed the issue, and would have had it completed in under 5 minutes had it not been for the thermostats need to turn on and calibrate for 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommend their services and they will make sure that they get the job done properly.
Had quite a few estimates done to replace the HVAC that supplied air to one room, (450 square feet), a relativelysmall room. Gator Heating and Air came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. (I must also add that they showed up when they said they would)Decided to use them and when I accepted the estimate, they made an appointment to replacevthe AC within one week. They continually sent texts reminding me that the HVAC would be replaced on that date, and the evening before and morning of, they sent reminders that they would show atba specific time period.The manager and employees showed up on time, and every employee was so nice and polite, I thought maybe I had gone back in time to a different era! They answered all of my questions and overall it was a very pleasurable experience talking with and interacting with them all.They were all professional, courteous, polite and I would recommend their service to anyone needing their HVAC serviced, repaired or replaced.Thank you Gator Heating and Air.
We had Gator Heating and Air Conditioning install a new 20-seer 4-ton Trane HVAC system in our home and clean out all air ducts.Our experience with Gator was excellent throughout the process.The initial discussion about HVAC options for our home was detailed and well-explained.Gator's pricing for the equipment and installation (including haul-away of old unit) was lower than competing bids, even those offering inferior equipment.And the HVAC installation and duct-cleaning teams were friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, providing excellent service, including cleaning up after themselves.I'd give Gator 6 stars if that were an option ??and confidently recommend them to everyone.
