Technician was fast and did a great job. Sorry I forgot his name. He has been here before as I have a maintenance agreement with you. I understand the 90 dollar after hours fee but 145 additional cost was a little steep since I do have a maintenance agreement with you.

We’ve been working with Ray French for years and they’ve always been fantastic. They’re easy to get in touch with. They’re quite punctual about appointments. And they do great work. At our house, they’ve done a full central HVAC system, a mini-split system, and annual maintenance, and they’ve done wonderful work in every capacity.
