Fred arrived promptly, was super friendly and polite and explained what he was going to be doing before getting started. At the end of his inspection he made a couple of recommendations that will enhance my system going forward and A Plus will email additional information regarding his recommendations. Overall, a very positive experience!
I just got my yearly service for my ac/ heating system done by joel. Very informative and very respectful and easy to talk to. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is 100% up to code. He is what i consider top notch quality service. If possible i would prefer him to service my house every year. If thats the type of service you want done at your home ask for Joel!
