We had a mid-winter failure of our 15 yr old thermo pump system. Upon inspection of the system by Raymond sales, it was recommended to replace it, both for age and efficiency of the newer systems. We are pleased we made the decision with Raymond to install a new Mitsubishi system. It is a huge improvement in quality, efficiency, and reliability. The system was in their stock, and the on-scheduled installation was performed perfectly by a very professional team in one day, by 3 pm done and dusted.
I have been in service businesses for many years, I am technical and know what we wanted, and know great customer service when I get it. I can recommend this 5-star service received from Chauffage Raymond. Not many companies deliver this.
