SAF Combustion

I have to say from the get go which is a term I don't use often, lol....Dan the sales guy was very informative n helped me decide what was needed for my home as I was buying a new furnace n heat pump as well as a new smart thermostat...the installation guys showed up today being the 13th of January 2026...Joel n Luc did the installations and I cannot say enough about the professionalism that was incurred by both these guys...Joel is SUPER friendly and awnsered all my questions after he finished the job....I would definitely recommend SAF to anyone.....thanks guys for a job VERY well done !

It’s been about 2.5 weeks since SAF Combustion installed my new Moovair heat pump and electric air handler, and I can honestly say—I’m still smiling. This was an emergency switch from my old legacy A/C, but the whole experience felt smooth, reassuring, and incredibly professional. From the in-person conversation with the sales technician (Daniel) to the scheduling with the dispatch manager (Luc), everything was handled with care and clarity. And then came the install day—what a great surprise! The two young installers Joël and Natha(n), (both under 30, but clearly wise beyond their years) were among the best tradespeople I’ve ever had the pleasure of welcoming into my home. They were courteous, respectful of my home and explained things clearly. Even better, they noticed ways to improve airflow right at the source and took the initiative to make it better—no shortcuts, no corners cut. Just thoughtful, top-tier work from start to finish. Thank you, team, for turning a stressful situation into a stress-free experience for us. Highly recommend!

I received excellent service from this company. I was trying to get my aircon replaced at my rental property, and was not in the country so it was hard to contact places and get an estimate. Some companies were wasting my time and then showing up and saying they couldn’t do it. Others were giving me an installation date that was in a month, when summer would be over. These guys responded to my email very quickly and showed up the next day to do an estimate. And then installed it the following week. It’s a very good aircon system. And there is also 10 years warranty on parts, which is great to know. Would definitely recommend!
