I contacted Technair to have some technical explanation about what effect a HRV unit would have on my relative humidity in my home. The receptionist was very attentive and passed me on to one of their technicians Denis who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what effects the relative humidity in a home. I have not had any work done by Technair but I was very well treated and would consider using their services should there be a need.
