Thermo-Maitre

If you are looking for a new furnace or heat pump in the Hull/Gatineau area, look no further than Thermo-Maître. I recently had them install a Daikin central heat pump and furnace, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. From the first consultation, their advisors were incredibly professional—they answered all my technical questions and found creative solutions tailored to my home’s layout. Despite Daikin being a premium brand, they truly have the best prices in town when you consider the superior quality of the equipment and the peace of mind you get. What really sets them apart are the 'extras' that make the decision easy: a 12-year parts and labor warranty; a very competitive regular maintenance (and you get the best possible service with friendly technicians who even roll out a red carpet to protect your floors!); and you get a 'worry-free' management of all the paperwork related to Enbridge's wonderful rebate (we save almost $ 7 thousands!). So, between the freebies, the financing options, and their reliable local reputation as a CAA-Quebec Approved Supplier, there is absolutely no need to search anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Everyone at Thermo-Maître is wonderful to deal with! Christian was kind and informative in explaining options without leaving us feeling forced in any way. Caroline kept us informed at every step of the process and always made herself available when needed. The team of installers, including Chris, Marc, and Julien, were very cordial and competent. Each of these lovely people demonstrated kindness and competence which continued to instil our confidence in this company throughout our interactions.

Highly recommend Thermo-Maître, the entire team from installers to finance have been extremely professional and helpful. They also handled the process for our rebate with Hydro Quebec. Very high end product and the unit recommended for our needs is perfect. Thank you again everyone at Thermo-Maître.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Karl took the time to answer all my questions when he came to provide options for an air conditioner. Sebastien and Patrick provided an excellent quality service when it came to the installation--very professional installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
