After doing some research with Google Gemini, I was encouraged to find a local authorized provider and chose Miller Climate Control.?The experience was excellent from start to finish. Melinda was incredibly helpful with the quick scheduling, and Gabe arrived on time to validate the failure. He confirmed they had the replacement part in stock, picked it up, and installed it the very same day!?I had first noticed the issue at night when I heard a deep, repeating 'thud-like' sound. I originally thought it was coming from outside, but when I traced the origin of the noise, it led me straight to the unit. Highly recommend this team for their efficiency and honest service!
I do not normally post reviews but Chris is AMAZING!! I had a small panic attack when I thought my AC was not working and called after 5:00 pm to see if someone would talk me through some troubleshooting. Turned out Chris was not far from my home, and he came straight over spending about an hour or more with me testing the system. Through what turned out to be a small (and I mean an embarrassing small) issue, he was kind, patient, and generous. Chris is the best!!!
Chris Miller did a great job for me on replacing my leaking Lennox coil. He even got me a rebate due to the old aluminum coil being faulty. He also came out personally and checked out a malfunction in a fan motor in my AC outside unit. His technician came out immediately and replaced it.I also recently referred him to my son and his wife. Chris came out on a Saturday in winter and replaced the control board on their furnace so they would have heat.I like that he Chris has a local family business with 25+ years doing HVAC work. I highly recommend Chris and his crew.

I rarely do reviews for companies, but our experience with Chris and Carter with Miller Climate Control warrants us to take the time to provide a positive review for them.We have a 5 year old Lennox HVAC system that has been nothing but problematic for us. We’d faithfully used the installing company for years, but their service drastically declined after being bought out by another company. I finally had enough of the other company overcharging us for jobs to replace failed warrantied parts and wanted to find a company that I could rely on to simply do the needed repairs at a fair price. ??Chris and Carter came out and successfully diagnosed the issue for our system that another company failed to diagnose. They were able to clearly explain the source of the issues with confidence and returned with the needed replacement parts after a couple of hours. They handled the warranty for the parts, replaced the parts and had the system back up and running after a few hours.The charge for their work was incredibly fair and was likely 4 to 5 times less than what our previous company would have charged.I will absolutely recommend Miller Climate Control to anyone who asks and am thankful to have found a company that I trust to continue to service our HVAC system moving forward.
