Had a burst pipe connected to a hose bib and was able to get an immediate response from the scheduling group and courteous updates on the arrival of the Tech team. Eric Davis & Sy Bilbo arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem; provided a solution and a reasonable cost to proceed with the fix. In addition they discussed the benefits of a club membership. Further to that they verified that the rest of the exterior was sound & without leaks. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the workmanship that Eric & Sy provided. It was a result of those qualities that led me to become a Quality customer and Club member.

I’ve had good experiences over the past few years with Quality Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. I recently had to get a new HVAC system. They were prompt and polite when scheduling the service, and the team that completed the work did a fantastic job - provided updates and explanations, and answered my many questions! This is a really great company and I will continue using them, and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Excellent service. Arrived on time, efficiently installed HVAC & AC units and cleaned up. Took pictures of their work to show us attic installation. Walked us through operation instructions for the new smart thermostat. We appreciated the care to our home interior they showed by wearing protective clothing. Top notch operation and friendly employees doing the work. We highly recommend. Sammy DuMonte was great!

I just had Dan stop by for a pre-winter season service call to make sure we're ready for any cold weather and I was reminded how glad I am that we found this company. Dan is exceptional and every service tech that's come out to our home has been very polite and professional and just seem genuinely happy nice people. Strongly recommend you look no further for HVAC needs and they just added Plumbing to their list of services!
