Louis really comes through when it counts. He may not be there EXACTLY when he says, but if he says he'll be there that day, he means it. My heating went out due to a circuit board problem last Winter, and he did his best to get the job done soon. There was a delay getting the board, but once he had it in hand, he showed up on the day he promised even though his prior service calls involved unexpected problems and extra time. I was really impressed with his willingness to follow through when most would have put it off till the next day.
Louis of Evans Heating and air was busy when I called him but he said he would do his best to come out. He did and he tried the obvious and easiest fixes which just didn't work. Turned out a fans motor had burned out. He explained, ordered the part and installed the next day. Clean, mater of fact and very respectful. Call this company for your heating and air concerns. Glad I did!
I’m having a good year cause I found Evans Heating and Air. I’ve never realized finding a reliable and knowledgeable AC/heater tech is such a pain. We’ve had the guy who installed our AC unit from couple years ago who couldn’t fix the problem that occurred after a year so then we looked for other techs on Yelp and Nextdoor app and we had three different guys come out and paid for the issues they said we had. Each time we thought it was fixed until a day later same problem occurs. We called them back to let them know problem happened again but they didn’t pick up and some said will call back and never did, we found Evans Heating and Air. We spoke to Louis and scheduled a time, on the day of the schedule, he called and to let us know he is on his way. He came on time and looked at the problem and he was going to help us with the warranty. We were pretty sure he wasn’t going to call us back after he leaves because warranty is not something that can make much of. We were really desperate looking for someone who can fix the problem. Our AC unit is only about 4yrs old. Louis said he’ll help us and and don’t worry, he’ll take care of us. I was about to cry. He actually called us after checking our warranty stuff and if the item needed was in stock. He told us it was not in stock and had to wait about a month. And this is in the HOT summer. We were again doubting if he’ll remember us after a month. He called us two weeks later and told us it should in stock end of that month. He really called us! And he told us when he’ll be coming over to install and fix. I never loved a tech like I love this guy. He is honest, funny, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind enough to go this far out to our neighborhood. I’ve had given up hope finding a reliable tech because been burned by so many but this guy given me hope again. I know there must be people going through the same thing and just trying to find the right guy, Louis from Evans and Cooling is your guy. Forgot one last thing, his price is reasonable and fair.
Louis was extremely professional and accommodating with his schedule. We had an emergence pump clog in the middle of the hottest summer day and Louis squeezed us into his schedule. It was a quick fix and reasonable prices! We will forever be referring Evan and using him for any future needs! Thank you so much Louis!!
We would like to thank Louis and his fabulous team of workers for the installation of our new air conditioning system. His price that he quoted was very fair and reasonable. We were impressed not only with the price ,but with his and the teams professionalism. They did a great job with the installation and cleanup. We were extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are definitely experts in there field! So excited to have a cool house!!
