Although they took some time to reschedule me due to their truck being repaired, when they came, they did a great job and went above and beyond in their work! My dryer was not working properly so I called in for a duct cleaning. The gentleman noticed that my washer dryer was not installed the way it was built to be installed and he actually switched them so the hose was shorter and easier to get to next time. He spent a lot of time to make sure it was cleaned and done properly! I really appreciate it and now by dryer is working great!!Thank you so much!
Menooa came out quickly to inspect our repair request then Arshen and Uriel took meticulous care to figure out what was happening with our HVAC unit. They did several pressure tests to pinpoint our leak, sent in a great crew to replace the corroded materials, etc etc, and all at a reasonable price. Every step and option were explained and we are very happy with the result. We really didn’t want to have to completely replace our unit at this time and they were able to source replacement pieces and fix it. Thank you thank you, highly recommend.

My furnace went out about two months ago so I called the people who installed our furnace and have been servicing it for the last five years. When they told me they wanted to charge me $1300 to replace a simple button. I finally realized that I have been taken advantage of for a long time. So I started the search for a new furnace company. I had two others come out who also attempted to rip me off. Then I stumbled on SoCal Air. I went here because it had really good Google and yelp reviews but after being ripped off so many times I was worried. Their service fee to come out and look at. It was more than any others, but I gotta tell you it’s well worth every single penny. Arshen & Uriel arrived exactly when they said they would- they were SO nice and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace and exactly how to keep it running until the company who installed it fixed the fatal flaws. They could have easily charged me for fake fixes. I was at my wits end but they took such good care of me and were absolutely delightful. If you’re on the fence or need someone to work on your furnace or your air conditioner or call these people and don’t trust anyone else.

We had our AC and heating unit installed a couple of years ago and both units work great. We call Menooa yearly to schedule maintenance. We highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service!
