Their technician Jacob recommended replacing the motherboard. Today he returned with the new motherboard and removed the old one and installed the new one. He was quick, efficient and explained everything he was doing. He checked the system before he left to make sure it was working properly. We are very pleased with Efficient Air. Our technician Kyle, explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done before starting any work. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the repair was top-notch. It’s such a relief to have cool air in the house again—especially with the heat we’ve been having!

This company is the greatest. I called with an AC unit that was not working and they were out at my residence within two hours. I have called them in the past and had them replace entire HVAC units in the same day. Thats simply amazing. I have used them multiple times in the past and recommended them to family and friends and their feedback was amazing too. In a world that keeps transitioning to auto attendants when you call, and restrictive attitudes, it is so refreshing to have good old fashioned personal interaction and a true caring attitude. I wish more companies would follow their example!
