I was very impressed with John and the man that was with him. I was really surprised at all the things they did to check my heat pump and ac. I felt comfortable having the Run Compastor (not sure if this is spelled right) replaced. I feel like my heat pump and ac will be fine.I think better things were done than ever before and I sincerely hope this is new for your company.

Job was done promptly. Though I do believe we paid a lot for the time and effort that was put in. I personally did a lot of the prep. So that it was easier for the professional work to be done.
A great install by Way Cool! Eric came out after the City of Scottsdale contacted me regarding excessive water usage. It was determined there was a leak under the sidewalk near my front door in the main line from the street. An 18” deep trench had to be dug from the street after new yard had just grown in. Every effort was made to protect the yard. Eric and Vinny did a great job and left the site clean.
