I came across HomeStar when searching for quotes from multiple vendors to repair my heat pump system. I reached out and Joe came by within less than a day and was able to assess my system and provide a quote. His assessment of my heat pump and HVAC system was more thorough than other companies and he is extremely knowledgeable. I ended up having to replace my entire system and was able to get a great price as well. Joe and Carlos came to install the unit and found some other issues with my system and parts having mold that I was completely unaware of. Instead of simply installing the unit and repair what he quoted and leaving what he found, he went the extra mile to fix and replace everything that needed changed. I really appreciated the dedication and transparency in his work. Joe and Carlos both did an amazing job and I could not be happier. They were also very professional and hard working. If you want great, quality work from good people, and good prices this is the place. Avoid the overpriced, big name companies that only care about your $ and choose a family owned company who also cares about your needs and works hard.
