We had such a great experience with R&R Air Conditioning! Our AC went out, and Jimmy Wells, the owner, had his team at our house quickly and took care of us right away. Having an older home can be tricky, but Felipe carefully evaluated our existing units and ductwork, explaining all our options clearly — with pros, cons, and cost effectiveness. We were able to make a confident decision, and Jimmy helped us get an amazing deal on two new Daikin units, making the whole process completely stress-free.

The R&R team — Felipe, Jose P., and Jose — were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood everything. When they returned the following week to install the second unit, they even checked in on the first one to be sure everything was still running perfectly.

We couldn’t be happier with their service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend R&R Air Conditioning to anyone needing fast, reliable, and honest work from the best business in town!

Thanks to Jimmy and his team they were able to find us a cost effective solution to replacing both units. For the first time in years our house is comfortable all over. No hot or cold spots. Your technician, Michael, is exceptional! He is kind, knowledgeable, respectful, approachable and hard working. I enjoyed getting to know him while he serviced my unit.
I can’t thank you enough for sending Michael to take care of replacing the faulty motor in one of my units.
My friend, Tommy, and I invited Michael to lunch yesterday and enjoyed fellowshipping with him. He is a nice, appreciative young man.

Your office staff is also very helpful and kind. Great phone etiquette.
