My furnace broke down unexpectedly, and this company came out the very next morning to do a complete replacement. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. What impressed me most was their detailed estimate breakdown. It clearly explained the type of furnace being installed and all associated costs. This was a huge improvement compared to a previous estimate I received elsewhere that only listed a lump sum with no explanation.

We live in Hythe not Grande Prairie. We were very impressed that Philip and his crew showed up when they said they were going to. They were very polite and professional, explained everything, cleaned up and took the old furnace back out of the basement for us at no extra charge! Plus installed a new (quiet) heater in our garage. We would highly recommend ACME HVAC Services Ltd in Grande Prairie.
