My furnace motor went kaput and lsm had the replacement. I am a dyi type and was stoked till I noticed later in the day the new one was six wire. old one was three wire. Fearing another cold night I panic called and Greg and his staff said to bring the motors back and they would rewire and try to squeeze me in which they did even at that time of day. I was able to reinstall and have heat back on before sundown.I appreciate the customer service and would like to highlight my positive experience during a stressful time . Thank you
Had our furnace go down after hours on a cold nighy. Serviceman responded reasonably quickly and had the necessary parts with him. Had the heat going within a couple hours from my initial call. Excellent service and took time to review/discuss.
The furnace quit working in the middle of the night at my tenants. Called LSM service, and dispatch had Kenny call me back within 2 min. For waking up a guy sleeping, that guy has such an upbeat attitude. After explaining the problem, he went over to my house quickly and solved the issue. Kenny kept me in the loop the whole time.Kenny gave some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. Great attitude.Just had to write a review because of how awesome my experience was.
