Shout out to Dale the technician from Grand prairie. My compressor for my walk in restaurant freezer quit, he was able to troubleshoot the problem with my hubby over the phone who knows just enough about electrical to be considered dangerous. In the end he diagnosed the problem to a failed fan motor which tripped the thermal protection shut off for the compressor . Dale suggested an industrial fan blowing on the coils could get us by until the replacement motor could be ordered and installed. This suggested temporary fix worked like a charm. Dale you literally saved our bacon along with thousands of dollars worth of stock. PRO WEST will definitely be our first choice for refrigeration maintenance moving forward. I can’t thank this technician enough, what ever you’re paying him, he deserves a raise.
Pro-West was great to deal with from start to finish! We got central air installed, and were really happy with their competitive pricing & the professionalism of their team. Danick quoted us with the correct sized unit & our 3 level house has stayed cool during these heat waves...I wish we had done this sooner! Highly recommend using Pro-West.

I am Very happy with the install, the guys were very friendly and had pride in their work. They explained everything to me from how to control the ac to yearly maintenance I should do on the condenser. Very clean install!
