Cannot recommend enough! Garrett identified the source of my plumbing issue and had a solution immediately. And not just a bandaid on a bullet hole - my problem is solved indefinitely. Thank you so much! I was surprised that I didn’t need to schedule another appointment for this small overhaul… he started tackling it right then and there and was done in a few hours! He was incredibly courteous, professional, answered all my questions with patience and left my areas cleaner than they were before he did his work. ?? Highly recommend Falls ! MechanicalOur boiler… only three years old, went out early Thanksgiving morning. We woke up to a house that was 58° inside, with temperatures outside at 23°, and no hot water since our boiler also heats our domestic supply. Not exactly how you want to start a holiday morning.

I called Falls Mechanical and received a call back from Jeff at 8:30 AM. He told me he would be here in about 45 minutes, and he arrived right on time, tools in hand, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about our Lochinvar boiler system.

Within minutes, Jeff had the problem diagnosed. He left to get the necessary parts, only to find they weren’t available in his warehouse. Instead of giving up or delaying the repair, he contacted someone he knew who might have the part. That person left *their own* Thanksgiving gathering to retrieve it, absolutely above and beyond.

By noon, our system was up and running again.

I cannot say enough good things about Falls Mechanical. Their knowledge, expertise, and genuine care for getting customers back up and running, especially on a holiday morning, truly impressed us. With temperatures dropping to –4° tonight, we are incredibly grateful.

We needed a mini-split to cool & heat our workshop and Dan Daugherty quoted us a Mitsubishi model that would do the job. He was patient as we had to revise the install date a couple of times, and when the time for install did roll around, it went very smoothly. When a minor issue came up, they came right out and solved it. Ever since the mini-split has been functioning exactly as promised My experience with Falls Mechanical is that they do good, trustworthy work at a reasonable cost.

My son recommended Falls Mechanical after having some basic plumbing work done in his home this year and I am very happy he did. Employee Brandon installed a water heater and replaced an outside hose bib and several supply line sink and toilet shut-off valves. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Most importantly he did excellent work. Should I have a need for a plumber in the future I will not hesitate to call Falls Mechanical again for help.
