The furnace was blowing out cold air instead of hot air on 12/26/25. I called DeLeon Heating and Air and explained the problem. An hour later, Welby DeLeon showed up he was polite, and when he was done working on the furnace, hot air was coming out of the vents. Welby DeLeon is the only person who will service our furnace and air conditioner from now on.

Welby was great! He was able to come on short notice. He explained what was going on with our AC in a way I could understand and told me what things I could be doing to help prevent another problem. He was very thorough and explained cost at each new replacement. He was professional and you could tell he truly loves his job. Overall he was able to fix our Air conditioner and get it blowing again. Thank you for your help and we will keep your contact for further assistance.

I loved his communication, knowledge and professionalism style. He kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. He even drove all the way to Arvada, CO to help me out!
