Nate J came out to complete an annual furnace inspection and did an excellent job communicating steps he needed to take as well as gave me relevant education on our humidifier settings. Did an excellent job cleaning the blower which took some genuine scrubbing. Very polite, cleaned up very well after the job, and was very professionally the entire time.
Both gentlemen, Noi and Nathan, were very professional in how they conducted themselves. They each explained everything that they did in the furnace maintenance. Also showed me how to change a filter that was going to be shipped to me. We also checked the air conditioner. Noi recommended that I have it maintained this summer. A maintenance plan for me was also offered but told me that I could sign up at a later date. Nathan was very understanding about my budget and not signing up for it today. I loved the tracking system which helped me plan for the arrival. I would recommend this company.
Always a pleasure to have Aquarius in our home! Darrius was great all around. He called with a realistic arrival time allowing me the opportunity to get some things done before he got here. He covered his shoes immediately upon entering my home and was personable and a joy. He offered new filters as we had only 1 more, and I appreciated that. He had them on the truck so I dont have to wait for them or follow up. We are members of the maintenance membership and have been since we purchased the system 11 years ago. I wouldnt have it any other way. They let me know when its time for maintenance and keep me informed with updates often. The customer service from all sides is always amazing! Thank you Aquarius staff for making all interactions a pleasant one!
Matt B. Was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on time and explained everything in great detail. He was always very respectful of the fact that I had a toddler here that needed his nap and was very quiet white working. That was a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend this company and Matt if I ever need any other plumbing things done.
