Andre, was our service technician. He was on time very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions I had about types of furnace filters for our system.He worked very efficiently and was tidy.
Andre was great! He came out for a regular system check-up and made the whole process super easy. We were having issues with our furnace not blowing out heat through the vents. I called on a Monday morning and we had an appointment made for that Wednesday morning already. Even better, there was a cancellation and someone was able to come a day earlier. Luke was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed and repaired our furnace in the same day. We had to have then motor replaced in the furnace. We felt the price was fair and the service need was honest.
We had an urgent situation with our hot water heat and were having difficulty finding someone who could take care of it in a timely manner. I contacted Richard’s and Matt was there promptly to look at it, with the work scheduled with other technician for the next business day. He not only examined the work we needed done, he looked at everything from the central air, to the hot water heater and furnace, to get a feel for the house and how things had initially been put together. Then he decided that because of his expertise with our particular system, it would be better to do it himself. So he stayed and did it, and was even more thorough than we had initially requested, to be sure we didn’t have other problems later with it potentially damaging the new shower pan that would be installed above it.I cannot say enough good things about the company and Matt, and will definitely be calling them for any future needs we have, as well as recommending them to everyone we know.
