Called one morning as my furnace was only blowing room temp air. Got to me at 12:30. Mind you this was during a week of negative 20 or lower temps! Was very happy with techs that came out. Knowledge pair that helped fix and help me understand what and why it wasn’t working properly. Will definitely be my go to call next time.

We had an excellent experience with Ultimate Air of Luxemburg WI.Our circa 1991 furnace stopped working.After calling them, Ultimate Air sent out a repair person who determined our furnace could be repaired however it would be over $1,000.I asked how much more to replace with a new furnace.Ultimate sent their owner to our home, who took measurements, did some calculations, then reviewed with us as a couple our options of repair vs replace.Together, we as a couple decided to replace our old furnace with new.Ultimate Air scheduled an installation date and time, and sent us a text on the day of our installation so we knew they were on the way.The installers were professional, did a neat job, then removed the old furnace and all packaging plus debris.After installation, the owner reviewed everything with us to ensure we were completely satisfied.Our experience with Ultimate Air was excellent.
Wow, beyond impressed! Dan is Very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. He even left my place cleaner, then he found it! I would recommend Ultimate Air to anyone that needed it. The air in my home is already better and my furnace is looking great!
