Josh called to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the time specified. He was professional and after performing the maintenance he went over the invoices with me including recommendations. I asked that he install a surge protector as recommended and had it done in a short amount of time. He went over the warranty and gave me a new printed invoice. Visit was straightforward and I highly recommend Josh and Berico

Devin and Austin were extremely professional and did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the installation so I always knew what was going on and what to expect next.The installation went smoothly, and the new system is a great upgrade from what I had before. It runs extremely quiet and already feels like a big improvement in comfort.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience so far and really appreciate the professionalism and quality work from the Berico team.
I live in an old house that I heat with an old steam boiler. I was using a different company to service my boiler but had come to question their knowledge of my system. Kelly from Berico came to check it out and upgraded some of my boiler’s components. It was apparent immediately that he knew what he was doing. Cody came out for a follow-up issue and, again, I was impressed by his expertise. I have had trouble over the years finding someone to do service work on my boiler and am pleased and relieved by the quality and commitment Berico provided.
Berico is a fantastic company! Mr. Mebane is an extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service technician. We’ve been very impressed with their customer service and highly recommend the monthly budget plan with automatic propane refill. They regularly come out to refill our propane, so we never have to worry about running out. This winter, the budget plan has been especially helpful since we’ve used more propane than usual due to the colder temperatures. Berico is reliable company, and we have been extremely pleased with them.
