No Heat or AC. Tried to fix myself for a week. Ended up calling Blaze Heating and Air in Saturday by findimg a phone number on my ac unit. Blaze was quick to respond and squeezed me in the next day(Sunday). This was awesome since I'm usually busy during the week. Jonathan arrived after giving me a heads up and went to work. He was informative and knowledgeable about his trade. I ended up getting a membership with Blaze Heating and Air thanks to the attention and honesty Jonathan showed today. I highly recommend Blaze Heating and Air and I will only allow Jonathan to come out to work on mine.
We came home Friday evening to find our water heater leaking, and it was incredibly stressful. I immediately called eight different emergency plumbing companies in our area, and Blaze was the only one who answered at 10:00 PM on a Friday night. I was so grateful to speak with a live person instead of an automated system — that alone made a huge difference in the experience.A technician arrived at our home first thing the next morning and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Unfortunately, because the supplier was closed over the weekend, the repair could not be completed until Monday morning — which was absolutely no fault of Blaze.Dwane Anderson was our technician, and he returned Monday morning to complete the service. He made sure everything was absolutely perfect before leaving. He truly went above and beyond. He stayed to ensure there would be no surprises, double-checked the water pressure and temperature, and thoroughly explained the heating process so we knew exactly what to expect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service were greatly appreciated.We are incredibly thankful for Blaze’s responsiveness and for Dwane’s exceptional work. Highly recommend!
We had a three-room electrical fire on Feb 10th, and Austin Elrod came out right away. He identified the problem very quickly, caused by a faulty “Neutral” At the transformer box, verified same day with Duke Energy. Austin is very friendly and professional, so thorough! Thank you for being a 24hr service and working so well with our insurance company. We really appreciate you assisting us in a very time. ??????????????
Brandon helped us out of a freezing problem. As I am rather technical he explained what I had to do in a very professional way and I was only accounted for the fix drive up fee. I did what Brandon told me to di and the problem is completely solved. I heard they helped two of our neighbors also and they where also very satisfied. Great company!
